Analysis datasets

Analysis datasets reshape model outputs and linked source data for statistical analyses. LaTeX tables, fitted models, metrics, and figures are stored under /artifacts and documented with their analyses rather than here.

Each subsection landing page shows the complete local lineage. Blue nodes are upstream input datasets, amber nodes are subsection-local support products, green nodes are analysis-layer datasets reused across multiple pipelines, and purple nodes are terminal datasets read by analysis code. Dashed amber nodes mark configured or incomplete local products. These diagrams stop at datasets; estimation code, tables, and figures are documented under Analyses.
