The repository has three code ownership areas:

• shared/ builds reusable upstream data products.
• model/ owns model-specific data, training, evaluation, and scoring.
• analyses/ owns paper-specific datasets, estimates, tables, and figures.

Data and runtime outputs are external to the repository and are mounted at /data and /artifacts inside the containers.
